If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please review our return policies below:
A. Standard Returns
Return Eligibility
You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged t-shirts in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Final sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at info@mingosandmangos.co with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will issue you an official Return Authorization Form and a Return Shipping Label.

Pack the item securely with the authorization form inside and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping Fees and Costs

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. A prepaid shipping label fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Refund Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
B. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective or you received the wrong size/design due to our error, you do not need to ship the item back.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund:

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.

Once verified, we will send out a free replacement order or issue a full refund immediately—no return necessary!
