• Our products are intended for consumer purchase. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Products & Apparel Disclaimer

• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, sizing, and details of our kids' t-shirts as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.

• Sizing: Please refer to our size charts before placing an order. Sizing estimates are approximate.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

• Payment must be made at the time of purchase using our accepted payment methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement.

• Order Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process and prepare your order before shipment.

• Fulfillment Partner: Orders are fulfilled and shipped via our logistics partner using Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).

• Packaging & Carriers: Your order may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging via carriers such as Amazon Logistics, USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• Transit Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your child to love our t-shirts! Please review our return policies below:

A. Standard Returns (30-Day Policy)

• Return Window: You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged t-shirts in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

• Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A prepaid return shipping label fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• How to Initiate: Email us at info@mingosandmangos.co with your order number. We will provide an official Amazon Return Authorization Form (RMA) and label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

• Refund Processing: Once received and inspected at the fulfillment warehouse, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

B. Damaged or Defective Items (Returnless Refunds)

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong size/design due to our error, you do not need to ship the item back.

• How to Claim: Email info@mingosandmangos.co within 7 days of delivery with:

1. Your Order Number

2. A brief description of the issue

3. Clear photo(s) showing the defect or incorrect item

• Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or ship a replacement at no extra charge.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including t-shirt designs, graphics, logos, text, and images—is either licensed by, or property of Mingos and Mangos. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or resell any portion of our products or website content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mingos and Mangos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the wear/use of our products.

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
