Shipping Rates & Cost

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders (no minimum purchase required).

Processing & Delivery Times

We process and fulfill all orders through our trusted logistics partner, Amazon Fulfillment Services (FBA Multichannel Fulfillment).

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and handed off for shipment.

  • Shipping & Transit Time: Once processed, your order will be delivered via standard shipping, which typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Note: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from the fulfillment center, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Details & Carrier Choice

Because we use Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment network, your package may arrive via Amazon Logistics, USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the fastest option for your address.

Package appearance: Your item may arrive in an Amazon-branded box or packaging.

Address Changes & Lost Packages

  • Address Corrections: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Because order processing begins quickly, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order is submitted.

  • Missing or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your residence and with neighbors before contacting our support team.
